You said YES!! You're engaged!! I'm sure you are a big bowl of nerves with all that needs to be planned! It can be so overwhelming! As your photographer, I hope to keep this part of your wedding planning simple. What many people do not realize, is that wedding photography is more than just images to capture all of your special moments, but a major part of your day. Often your wedding photographer is with you from the beginning of getting ready to your sparkler send off and everything in between! So, It's important that you find someone that you are comfortable with and is the right fit for you!

I believe that a bride and groom should be able to trust and connect with their photographer and be excited about their work. After booking with me, I enjoy getting to know my couples through their engagement shoot, allowing them to feel more comfortable with me and in front of the camera. My goal is that by the time their wedding day rolls around we feel more like friends and you have the BEST possible experience on your special day!

We get to know each other
over a cup of coffee, glass of wine or sweet treat!
Yay! You're ready to book! I will send you a proposal of services and attach a contract to outline everything in your experience. Included in this contract is everything you need to make your payments online. It's super easy!
We secure your date and make it official.
Once your contract is signed and payment is made, we schedule your engagement shoot! So fun! This is a great time for us to get to know each other, let loose, and enjoy your engagement!

I'll check in about two months before the wedding to start chatting about timeline specifics, special details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day.

High school sweethearts and best friends tie the knot in the most beautiful winter wedding of 2019. Set on a warm and sunny evening in the suburbs of northern VA., we enjoyed walking around this beautiful lake, enjoying the water, the trees and purity that the winter glow brought us.
